    Good words to remember Abdou LAHI. Sometimes we are tempted to take short cuts however when dealing with serious organizational issues it is good advice to take the time necessary to figure out how best to solve the problem.

    Reminds me of the saying, "measure twice, cut once." Checking the facts and learning all you can about the situation allows you to make the right cut/choice instead of having to start all over again.

    Experiences show that by missing one step of the SIMPLEX Process you will end up with bad solution .Then you are back to bigger problem .
    I believe it's Worth to run properly the SIMPLEX Process regardeless the time it should take .
