  The Greiner curve is something many of us get to do with in our careers and it's great to see it as an infographic. I strongly related to the stage where you find it hard to relinquish control of the "baby" you brought in to the world. However, if you have well trained staff that you can trust, why would you clutch control and never give someone else the chance to prove themselves and also to grow?
